How we do what we do

If you're wondering what it would be like to work with us, this is a great start.

First of all - we are 100% paperless and 100% Xero*. This is how we do our best work together with you. The general process to work with us then goes as follows:

STEP ONE

Contact us using the form on our website or Facebook/Instagram to organise a meeting to discuss how we can help.

STEP TWO

Meet in person - we may be paperless but we aren't faceless! This is where I'll shout you a beverage and we talk more about you and your business. Given current times, we can also do this over Teams or phone call.

STEP THREE

We will email you a brief proposal summarising what we discussed in our meeting, along with our estimated costs.

STEP FOUR

If you're happy then we are happy! We now just need all the relevant IRD numbers and your postal address. If you have an existing accountant, this is also the part where they need to be notified you are making a switch. Either you can give them a heads up, or we can sort it all out on your behalf behind the scenes. As chartered accountants we will need to formally contact them regardless.

 

STEP FIVE

You will receive our onboarding email, which takes you through signing our terms of engagement as well as undertaking the identity checks we must do (even if we've met in person, we still need this on our records!). This is all completed electronically so it's nice and easy.

You're all on board, you'll get a Welcome pack and we get going on helping you and your business!
